Our distribution centers all requirements to manage and store all kinds of products from foodstuff to pharmaceuticals and with a fleet of more than 50 cars cover all delivery points throughout the island.
Our logistic managers use the latest software systems WMS (Warehouse management system) to easily monitor stocks , Payment collections, expiry dates , temperatures etc.
Marketing
CPO owns a complete marketing department providing a 360 degree approach for the promotion and advertising of its brands .
Our Marketing department has excellent relationship with all local media (TV stations , Radio stations , Digital Media) and uses its buying power as a group to secure good deals for our brands.

Healthcare Consulting
Our company provides consulting services for the creation of hospitals and clinics. Our team of experts can share their knowledge on a number of matters:
- Ensure proper functioning of the hospital (Flow of patients, Flow of instruments, Flow of staff.
- Provide 3D visualizations/drawings of operating rooms, including the medical equipment needed, while taking into account all the considerations and provisions needed.
- Creation of the CSSD, considering all requirements set by the Ministry of Health and the creation of the necessary zones (Soiled, Clean, Sterile) as well as the flow of instruments.
- If there will be a diagnostic department (MRI or CT scan), we can provide an electromechanical study on all the provisions one should take into consideration.
The correct planning and consideration of all these provisions will save both time and money. Attempting to make changes after construction is complete, is both very costly and time-consuming.
